With over 12 years of experience in corporate real estate, Mr.
Balaji Naik brings extensive expertise in legal and land
documentation, alongside a deep understanding of Hyderabad's
geographical landscape and HYDRA compliance. His unique
background, including his role as an educator and LIC
Development Officer, enriches our team with mentorship and
client-centered insight.
With a strong academic background in Mathematics, Economics, and
Education, Mr. Balaji Naik.E combines extensive knowledge with
practical experience to lead EBN Infra Projects. Having served
as a faculty member for competitive exams like UPSC, TSPSC, and
Police exams, Mr. Balaji has guided numerous students toward
successful careers in government, instilling his dedication to
public service and community empowerment.
After nearly a decade as a LIC Development Officer, Mr. Balaji
transitioned into the corporate real estate sector, amassing
over 12 years of experience as a sales head. His in-depth
expertise in legal and land documentation and comprehensive
knowledge of Hyderabad’s geography have laid the foundation for
EBN Infra’s transparent and reliable projects.
Under his leadership, EBN Infra is dedicated to providing
affordable, high-quality real estate options, helping every
family, regardless of financial standing, secure their own piece
of land. Mr. Balaji’s vision is rooted in making property
ownership accessible for all, especially low-income and BPL
